PARKING ISSUES

There tends to be issues with expired or non-existent parking decals on vehicles in the club parking lots during busy days and weekends.  On Memorial Day weekend alone, there were numerous offenders of our parking policy....click on this LINK to view a list of these cars.   If you still have an expired decal, or a car without a decal, please see Gracie to rectify this.  We may be forced to have vehicles towed, that are not in compliance on busy weekends (4th of July coming up, for instance).  The club will not be responsible for the expense of towed vehicles.  Please be respectful of your fellow members and abide by our parking policy!  Thank you!

WHITES COVE HIKING TRAILS

Thanks to Whites Cove Mayor Mike Toerge, we now have a map outlining the various hiking trails above Whites Cove, over on Catalina Island.  We now offer various ways to access the Map, starting with this very website.   Click on the link to the top left "Whites Cove Hiking Map" to view the interactive map of the trails.  Also, the Map is now available on the club's mobile web app, under the tab "Webcams and Maps".   Lastly, you can easily click on this LINK for a downloadable (PDF format) version of the Map, for use anytime without requiring cellphone or WiFi coverage.  Now get out to Whites and explore!

AMERICA'S CUP COMES TO THE WEST COAST

As you know, America's Cup racing will be held on San Francisco Bay this summer, starting in July with the Louis Vuitton Series.  There is no better spot to view the competition than from the decks and dining rooms of St. Francis Yacht Club.  Through the years, BYC has enjoyed reciprocal privileges with StFYC, and they are offering our members the opportunity to visit their club and enjoy the racing this summer.  Click HERE for a letter from the StFYC Commodore, and a calendar / flyer on the opportunties available. This is a great invitation for our Members to enjoy front row seats at this "once in a lifetime" event.  Go Team Oracle and USA!
