For over 85 years, the Balboa Yacht Club serves to encourage yacht racing and cruising, promotes the science of seamanship and navigation and provides a beautiful clubhouse and marina for the education, recreational and social use of its members, families and guest.
LONG POINT RACE WEEK
It ended up being another successful Long Point Race Week, as Commodore Pacelli (photos below) presents trophies to BYC winners "Bolt", skippered by S/C Craig Reynolds in the ORR-B Division, and "Entropy", skippered by Chris Hemans in the ORR-C Division...Congratulations to all BYC entries!

Twilights and Beercan Updates....
Due to the late arrival of summer, Twilight and Beercan racing will extend into September....final nights of action will be Wednesday, September 15 (Twilights) and Thursday, September 16 (Beercans)....as always, the Racer's Barbecues will be offered on those evenings, so come on down to the club!
Labor Day Barbecue on Monday
Come on down to the club for an afternoon of relaxation and say Goodbye to summer this Monday the 6th. The Barbecue will be offered on the Flag Deck from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Click on the Labor Day Flyer to view all the offerings.
Saturday is now Complimentary Corkage Night!
Bring in your favorite bottle of wine from your cellar on Saturday nights and the corkage is on us! Restricted to Saturday's, with รก la carte dinner in the Galley only (not banquets or special events). Another added benefit to your BYC membership, with our compliments.
