Crab Feed

Crab Feed 2020
All the crab you can eat, but the ticket cost now includes a tax-deductible donation to the Foundation's Junior Sailing Fund. In years past the Crab Feed only raised funds from the silent and live auctions, and, of course, the tips to our junior servers. Last year we raised less money than we awarded in grants. We are making changes to our FUNdraiser so that we do not have to turn down young sailors' requests for support. For the record, no-one gets a free ride, families contribute to regatta expenses.

This year the cost of an individual ticket is $100.
A limited number of VIP tables for ten are also available at $1500 each.
With the VIP table you get to arrive early and have hosted beer, wine or well drinks before Crab Feed starts.
With all tickets or tables the amount over the cost of the crab is tax-deductible. The MSSF foundation's 501(c)(3) Corporation ID number is 33-1102882.

To buy your tickets, please email Pattii at [email protected] or call 949.673.3515 x 132

An Afternoon at "The Great Pacific Airshow"

Consummate hosts Rick Ingold and Dean Kiser open Roam to eight guests for a one-day viewing of the Pacific Airshow.  The airshow is held each year in early October off the coast of Huntington Beach, and there is no better location to watch the aerobatics than anchored just off the course. Click here for the Pacific Airshow website.  In 2018, more than two million spectators watched the show and you won't have to fight for a parking spot with any of them!

A 6000 Series Lido 14

The Lido 14 is an iconic dinghy. Thanks to Rob and Jennifer Smith we are proud to offer one of the newest and best prepared boats in the fleet. This Lido has a great pedigree. She was previously owned by the Killian family and made ready to race by DoubleWave. If you want to sail Lido Nationals, Summer Wednesdays' Twilights, or just cruise the harbor with friends this is the right boat for you.

Sabot Top Covers for BYC Racing Teams

Thanks to Elliott Loft we have the opportunity to send our sabots to race in style. Elliott Loft will donate five top covers to BYC, to help keep our Sabot teams clean, dry, and looking sharp at travel regattas. This is a fantastic opportunity to support BYC sailing two ways: our Sabot teams get top covers and the funds donated to MSSF help our juniors travel to regattas.
